Green Hill Presbyterian Church

Weekly Announcements, March 31, 2016

The start of Vacation Bible School is just over two months away, (June 6 – June 10) and we are in the early planning stages. If you have been by April’s classroom lately, you may have seen some of the work in progress. We still have several volunteer positions open. In addition to needing people to work with the kids during the week, we also need people to help set up and tear down scenery before and after. If you are interested in helping, please speak with April or contact the church office. We appreciate all of our volunteers!

Green Hill is beginning the process of defining exactly what our mission and vision are as a church. We believe that having a clear focus is vital to our future growth and effectiveness. Joe Johnson, from Evergreen Presbyterian, has volunteered to help us with this project.

Joe will be at Green Hill on Friday evening from 6:00pm to 8:30pm and again on Saturday morning from 9:00am to Noon. All members of the Session and the Pastor Nominating Committee are asked to attend.

If you are not on the Session or PNC and would like to take part in this process, you are invited to attend. Your input is welcome. If you would like to come, please contact Sandi in the church office to let her know. She is keeping track of the list of attendees.
