CONGREGATIONAL MEETING
There will be a congregational meeting SUNDAY, November 11, immediately following the morning worship service. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect two members of the congregation to the nominating committee for 2019. These members will be a part of selecting two new Elders for the Session as well as two new Trustees. All church members are asked to attend.
STEWARDSHIP SUNDAY
The church’s annual Stewardship Sunday is fast approaching. At this time, we ask each member, each family, and all our regular worshipers, to prayerfully examine their resources and to pledge a portion to God’s work. Soon everyone will receive a pledge card in the mail. On Stewardship Sunday, November 18, a special collection of the pledge cards will be held during the morning service. The cards may also be returned by mail to the church office. These pledges help the church plan our budget for the coming year
PRESBYTERIAN WOMEN THANK OFFERING
The Thank Offering has long been a tradition of Presbyterian Women. It has provided and continues to provide much-needed financial assistance to numerous worthwhile programs not included in ongoing General Assembly mission support. Each year, domestic and international projects are carefully and prayerfully selected by the Creative Ministries Offering Committee to help meet a crucial need. If you feel called to contribute to this program, please use one of the blue donation envelopes which can be found in the pew racks.
