PC(USA) Research Services is conducting a study of all congregations within the Presbytery of South Alabama. We have been asked to have every member of our church, and every person who attends worship at Green Hill, fill out a survey. This survey can be filled out on paper, or it can be filled out online. The paper surveys will be made available at the morning worship service on Sunday, August 9. This is the same survey we sent out in March, pre-COVID. If you took the survey back then, you do not need to take it again. A link to the online survey was emailed to all members who have their email addresses on file at the church office. (If you did not receive a link to the online survey and would like one, please contact the church office.)

Your thoughtful and prayerful responses will help this congregation get a better understanding of its worshipers. Your participation is voluntary and all answers are confidential. If you do not know the answer to a question, it does not apply to you, or it makes you uncomfortable, skip it. Answer questions for this congregation as it exists currently.”
NOTE: If you choose to fill out the paper version of the survey, please make sure to fill in all of the circles completely, just like you do when you vote in an election. Also, please do not bend, fold, or crease the paper survey. These surveys are going to be fed through a computer for processing, so the pages need to stay flat. The paper surveys should be returned to the church office so they can all be mailed back to the Presbytery together.
