SUNDAY SCHOOL MOVES TO ONLINE
Due to the resurgence of COVID in the Wiregrass, it has been decided to move Sunday School at Green Hill back online. The videos will be made available each week on the church’s video page. If you were on the list to receive a new Sunday School lesson book, please see Rev. Jamison on Wednesday or Sunday.
COMMUNION SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 12
Communion Sunday at Green Hill for September 2021 will be held on the second Sunday of the month, September 12. In October we will return to holding Communion Sunday on the first Sunday of the month, October 3.
PATRIOT DAY CEREMONY
On Saturday, September 11, the Enterprise community will come together to commemorate the events of 9/11. The ceremony, which will be held at Johnny Henderson Park, will begin at 10:00am. Last year was the first time this particular ceremony was held. This year the ceremony will fall on the 20th anniversary of 9/11.
PATRIOT DAY FLAG DISPLAY
If you aren’t able to attend the ceremony on 9/11, please at least drive past Henderson Park sometime next week to see the amazing flag display of 2977 flags, one for each life lost in the attacks. The flags are being placed by members of our local Girl Scouts and Scouts BSA troops.
