NEW PRAYER LIST
We are starting off the New Year with a new prayer list. The list is printed in the worship bulletin each week and in the newsletter each month. If you know of someone who needs prayer, please contact the church office so they can be added to the prayer list. You can drop your request in the offering plate on Sunday or in the basket on the office door any day.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
This has been a crazy year, and we’ve almost made it through! “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” (Romans 8:28) We don’t know what God’s plan is for 2022, but we will continue in our mission to faithfully serve God and to proclaim the Gospel.
SEASONS OF THE CHRISTIAN CHURCH
The secular world around you may tell you that Christmas is over, but we Christians know that we are still in the middle of the Christmas Season. This time, known as the Twelve Days of Christmas, will officially end as we enter the Season after Epiphany, January 6.
COMMUNION SUNDAY, JANUARY 9
Communion Sunday at Green Hill for January 2022 will be held on the second Sunday of the month, January 9. In February we will return to holding Communion Sunday on the first Sunday of the month, February 6.
